Payment

We accept payment by all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Pay Pal; and cashiers checks and money orders. Please make checks payable to After Hours Records. Cashiers checks may be verified with the issuing bank before merchandise is shipped.

Shipping

We prefer to ship your order to the credit card billing address. Shipping addresses other than the credit card billing address may be rejected and/or will delay shipment.

Shipping charges are based on the contents and destination of your order. To calculate your online shipping charge, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. (You do not enter any credit card information until the shipping method and cost has been selected)

US Domestic orders ship by default through USPS and can take 7-10 business days for delivery. You do have an option to upgrade to UPS for an additional charge. All orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS (US Postal Service 7-10 business day delivery). For non-continental US destinations, contact us for exact shipping charges.

* We do not accept COD.

Refunds & Returns

Our return/exchange form is printed on the back of every After Hours Records invoice. The policy states that After Hours Records will be happy to return or exchange any items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by your order number. Once CDs have been opened, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
