Sales Tax
We are required to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to jurisdictions that levy sales tax in which we have a physical location. Currently that only includes the state of North Carolina.

If a product offered by After Hours Records itself is not as described, and the error is not found before the item is shipped, customer's sole remedy is to return the item in unused condition following requirements as set forth in our "Return Policy." If there is an error in a product listing, and we find the error before the item is shipped, we reserve the right to notify the customer of the error and give the customer the choice of either 1) cancelling the order; 2) paying the difference in price, or 3) in the case of multiple items on an order, deleting that item from the order.
